Auditions

Auditions are conducted 2-3 months before the season begins (LGDT generally operates July-Oct). Auditions are held in both NYC and the local Lake George area and will be widely advertised on The Actors Equity website, Backstage and Playbill.

Group Services

Attending the Lake George Dinner Theatre with a group can be lots of fun and also save you money. In addition, groups are recognized in the pre-show announcements, adding more fun for your outing.

Theatre In Country

It is run by a very dedicated board of directors, Managing Director Amber Reitan and Artistic Director Jarel Davidow. We all hope you join us as we continue our mission of presenting (as we like to say) “Deliciously Fun Entertainment!”

LAKE GEORGE DINNER THEATRE

Lake George Dinner Theatre has been around since 1968. We started as “Towers Hall Theater” performing in the Fort William Henry Hotel in Lake George. In 1976, we joined forces with The Holiday Inn Resort in Lake George and The Lake George Dinner Theatre was born.

CHOICE OF 4 ENTREES

It was a BIG empty space, and we cleverly (we thought) bought 400 theatre seats from a movie theatre somewhere near Vermont. We were sorting through them when we realized that all of the seats had been on a raked floor and now we had to install them onto a flat floor.
